Right guys- I need final confimation on who is attending the meet by 14th June at the latest!! (The sooner you let me know the better!)

The Meet date is Friday 13th July to Sunday 15th July.

Friday = arrival and check in to hotels etc

Saturday = Lasers during the day and 3 legged pub crawl plus meal in the evening

Sunday = chill and departure

PLEASE CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING:

1. If you want a Nuts meet t-shirt (for the 3 legged pub crawl).

This will have the guild tabard pic on the front, plus date on the front and names on the back.

2. Are you coming to laser combat on Saturday?

The price quoted for the Solihull centre is £29 all incl. I have not found anywhere cheaper, but given that we dont need to stock up on ammo (as with paintball last time) works out ok.

Also, if we get 20+ people we can get a group discount.

FINALLY- please let me know if you are allergic to any foods / vegetarian or have any problems with lasers etc. I will probably book us into Jimmy Spice's again for food (In Solihull). It has a wide range of food and a great bar. Probably start the night there with food then head to Bham for the 3 legged pub crawl and back to Solihull at the end.

I'll update you as necessary Smile

FUN FUN FUN! cant wait! GrinGrin

Myself and Emlin are certain. Let's rock the house! (and the hotel, and the forest and wherever the hell else we end up)

Guys what size shirts would you need roughly? Large is for 40 " chest.

Otherwise med is 38".

Im erring on the side of 40" coz that would fit all but let me know if its gonna be too big for most of you Smile

These are the artwork progs needed :

Wherever possible artwork should be supplied in hi-res Adobe Acrobat .pdf format.

We can also accept the following digital file formats:
• Adobe Illustrator 10 or below
• Coreldraw 12 or below
• Adobe Photoshop 6 or below

I think i have adobe?

I was going to put everyone's names on the back Smile Not sure if they will do that at the printers but I will check Smile

I wanted to write "Nuts Meet 07" on the shirt too, maybe on the back? then name underneath? or reverse that
